after doing my dorothy parker show at the norman
rockwell museum last week in stockbridge, massachusetts,
(minus the profanities -- strictly verboten),
i learned that rockwell wasn't just about
Grandma's Perfect Turkey or Boy Scouts & Puppies

he was insecure-
he never considered himself a great artist-
and, he leaned way to the left

i love having my preconceived notions smashed!

LONDON

returning to the u.s. after visiting
england, france, belgium and germany
(in six days), i'm saddened and shocked at the bombings
that occurred in london

just this past monday, july 4, i spent nearly 3 hours
on the london underground...

disgust and horror have hung around
me since i saw the pictures of blood and
debris strewn all over the streets i walked
only days ago~

better thank your lucky stars...

but, i do belong to a very select group of

who knew that taking my neighbor's daughter

this is my first posting and i'm really, really scared!!!!

for the record, my friend pat has told me i'm haven't

i'm going to paris to see green day in june--
not only am i going, but a wonderful human being
has granted me her frequent flier miles to
complete the trip

however, i'm pissed because i'm lactose & sulfite intolerant...
